Digital Transformation Leader 2008 - Present

“I believe the best technology feels like magic; it operates invisibly. I measure transformation not by what people adopt but by what they stop noticing.

Digital transformation is not a mandate from the top. It is proof, repeated until adoption is no longer a question and friction dissolves into intuition. I spent the first half of my career actually delivering projects: drawing details, modeling, running site coordination, closely observing where technology helped and where it got in the way. That's the only reason the second half worked: moving design technology from a back-office function into a differentiator clients ask for by name, simply because I'd built enough of the real thing to know exactly what to automate and what to leave alone.
